The Disciples d'Escoffier Charity Dinner, scheduled for December 12, 2024, will feature an extravagant 7-course menu crafted by a team of Michelin-starred chefs and culinary artists.

Beyond the exquisite food, this evening aims to make a meaningful difference by raising funds for two worthy causes: the NAT Association and the HCTC - Passport: School, Restaurant & French Bakery, supporting education and opportunities for underprivileged youth in Thailand.

Auguste Escoffier: A Legacy of Generosity

Auguste Escoffier, a legendary figure in the culinary world, beside being a pioneer in haute cuisine was also a dedicated humanitarian. His lifelong commitment to supporting the underprivileged, such as his collaboration with the Little Sisters of the Poor, laid the foundation for the Disciples d'Escoffier.

This global association of chefs and epicureans continues his legacy by hosting charity events around the world, including this prestigious charity dinner in Bangkok.

A Star-Studded Culinary Lineup

This year’s Disciples d'Escoffier Charity Dinner boasts a stellar roster of chefs, including Thierry Drapeau, Chef Top Russel, Clément Hernandez, and Dominique Bugnand, among others.

Each course of the 7-course menu is inspired by Escoffier's renowned recipes and prepared using only the finest ingredients. Highlights include dishes like Lobster Medallion with Tarragon Jelly and a showstopping dessert of Caramelized Apple with Champagne and Brittany Sablé.

Pairing perfectly with the menu, the cocktail reception will showcase signature drinks by Massenez, featuring their artisanal liqueurs, and Kosapan, known for their handcrafted Thai spirits.

Supporting a Worthy Cause

Proceeds from the evening will benefit two charities:

• NAT Association: Focused on providing education and opportunities to children orphaned by natural disasters in southern Thailand.
• HCTC - Passport: School, Restaurant & French Bakery: A culinary and hospitality training school empowering disadvantaged Thai youth with valuable skills.

This year, the HCTC students will participate in the event, assisting both in the kitchen and in service. Additionally, a donation of 2 million THB from the Michelin Foundation will be officially announced during the evening, further highlighting the event’s impact.
