Bourbon Highball
This tall, fortifying drink introduces a touch of smoke to the sweet whiskey highball. Ezra Brooks’s spin on vanilla and oak is immediately soaked up by the charred, woody bubbles of Fever-Tree ginger Ale to create a hazy, lazy cocktail - perked up with a sharp orange twist.
Ingredients:
- 50ml (2fl oz) Ezra Brooks Bourbon
- Fever-Tree Ginger Ale, to top up
How To:
- Pour the Bourbon into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
- Top up with the Ginger Ale.
- Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
