This tall, fortifying drink introduces a touch of smoke to the sweet whiskey highball. Ezra Brooks’s spin on vanilla and oak is immediately soaked up by the charred, woody bubbles of Fever-Tree ginger Ale to create a hazy, lazy cocktail - perked up with a sharp orange twist.

  1. Pour the Bourbon into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
  2. Top up with the Ginger Ale.
  3. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
