Thai Mojito
A Tropical Twist on a Classic.
Escape to paradise with this refreshing Thai Mojito! It features the smooth essence of Kosapan Sugarcane Rum, balanced with zesty lemongrass and the sweetness of palm sugar.
Ingredients:
- 150ml of Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water
- 50ml Kosapan Sugarcane Rum
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1tsp granulated sugar
- Handful of small mint leaves, plus an extra sprig to serve
- Plenty of ice
How To:
- In a highball glass, crush the grains of sugar against the mint leaves. Add crushed ice.
- Add the Kosapan Sugarcane Rum. Stir the mixture.
- Pour in the Premium Soda Water and garnish with mint.
